We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As the Commercial Finance & Pricing Leader, you will work in a very high exposure and high growth environment with direct day to day contact with the CFO & other executive teams. Focus will be on rapidly professionalizing, driving, and in some cases fully owning recently developed commercial review and pricing processes. The incoming talent will be expected to roll up their sleeves & build out the role with a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark in a high growth business. Essential Functions



  • Own annual portfolio pricing updates across all customers. Including establishing proper calendar, standard operating procedures, contractual expertise and supporting analytics. This will also include working with the operations teams in all cases, and periodically with Envita Solutions end customers.

  • Support Operations team to maintain item pricing as needed in line with contract economics &/or supply base

  • Support Commercial team with new business modeling, internal operating mechanisms, bid sheet translation to internal financial models and managing review triggers.

  • Support Customer Excellence team with recurring contract renewals and professionalizing a recurring cadence to proactively drive optimal Envita and customer outcomes upon contract renewals. This includes developing analytics, modeling, internal reviews and partnering across the organization.

  • Support our project management organization to maintain and ensure compliance to deal calculator, pricing models, & a governance process to be developed through this role.

  • Partner with commercial areas to own and provide quality reporting across key financial commercial metrics (e.g. pipeline, bookings, CAC, Sales compensation models, etc.)

  • Partner across the organization to ensure templates & operating rhythms are developed in an inclusive fashion to accommodate all stakeholder needs to promote standardization.

  • Own all related operating rhythm cadence, preparedness, and professional, action oriented information sharing in advance of reviews.

  • In all areas maximize role and organization capability via digital tools and workflow automation/ simplification, while balancing minimum viable products to get things moving. Tools used encompass salesforce, PowerBI, EPM, Oracle, Conga, taskray, etc.

  • Support budgeting processes, planning sessions, strategy & estimating for commercial metrics and volumes.

  • Develop measurements from expected to actual results and operating rhythm to incorporate learnings back into standard processes.

  • Act as a financial advisor to the commercial & operations teams, providing insights and guidance on financial matters.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Thematically, drive continuous monitoring, improvement, accountability.


Education Qualifications



  • Required High School or Equivalent

  • Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


Experience Qualifications



  • Required 5+ years Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial & or FP&A, preferably in a corporate environment, originating from a top talent rotational trainee program.


Skills and Abilities



  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build complex financial models, perform data analysis, and develop reports is mandatory.

  • Services pricing experience.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders across all levels of organization, including senior executives & Board of Directors.

  • Strong controllership & risk management mentality, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver complex solutions without supervision.

  • Proven self-starter.

  • Proven ability to influencing and be a change agent across various levels of organization.
