IPG Photonics Corporation is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst in Marlborough, MA w/ the following rqmnts: Master’s deg in Finance or rel field or foreign equivalent deg. 3 yrs of rel exp. Reqd Skills: Dvlp DCF, LBO, WACC, merger valuation models to evaluate purchase price & compile, analyze, & forecast financials, & prjct potential revenue & cost synergies (3 yrs); Review acquisition targets, analyze information & potential risks to determine & recommend M&A decision to executive leadership team (3 yrs); Manage full life cycle of a M&A transaction, i.e., lead due diligence process w/ Intralinks & Datasite tools, coordinate across cross-functional teams & external advisors (1 yr); Conduct public comparable company analysis, industry research on industry dynamics & competitors to determine key business drivers & investment risks w/ PitchBook, Thomson Reuters and Dun & Bradstreet tools (3 yrs). Up to 40% telecommuting allowed; Up to 20% domestic & international trvl reqd; must live w/in normal commuting distance of Marlborough, MA.
