Job Description:
Basic Job Functions:
Safely lead our rail loading team, shipping utilities (Porta spec) and Rail Operators. Lead daily toolbox meetings. Ensure the customer to car assignments, follow heat complete requirements, follow the AAR guidelines and inspect/document all G1 rail shipments for safety and accuracy. Responsible for supply ordering, housekeeping and organization of the G1 rail line.Coordinate with shift leads about daily activities, work with Logistics Lead, Sales, Lab, Offline Testing and Heat Treat to take care of our customers for on time shipments.

Minimum Qualifications:
Manager and/or Supervisor recommendation
Ability to work in extreme weather.
Minimum6 months of Railroad experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge and understandings of AAR guidelines.
