Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.

The Car Partner Solutions team sits within the Travel Partnerships and Media organization and powers the supply for Expedia Group sites. The key purpose of this role is to ensure, through systematic research and analysis, that ground transport content is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible to support Expedia Group's global sites. You will partner with key stakeholders such as customer service, suppliers and account management to support and maintain new and existing site content.
In this role you will:
Deliver world class customer experience on Expedia Group sites by reducing errors, maintaining existing supply and launching new content while maintaining quality for all functions.
Support new feature and product launches through configuration of new content and rigorous testing processes.
Provide regular and ad hoc reports and analysis for internal and external partners.
Support prioritization of projects and key initiatives through the collection and analysis of supporting data.
Maintain relationships with business-critical teams through regular partner contact and delivering valued services.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through iterative tool and process improvements.
Train peers in use the of current tools and processes.
Provide escalation support for various teams relating to site content, capabilities and performance.
Actively participate in supporting the inclusive culture of Expedia Group.
Experience and Qualifications:
You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
You have the ability communicate with stakeholders by tailoring technical and complex information to your audience using methods from in-person interactions to various digital methods.
You have demonstrated the ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: You can create, modify and run SQL queries.
Preferred: You know how to interpret information in either Amadeus or Titanium.
You can can work effectively in diverse group settings as well as independently.
You are self-motivated and take initiative.

The total cash range for this position in Springfield is $51,500 to $72,000 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $82,500 , which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $64,500.00 to $90,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $103,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
