Job Description:

This position requires bilingual skills (spoken and written Somali/English).

As a Client Support Specialist, you provide excellent customer service and program support. You are the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and emails, providing information and referrals. Your role involves gathering and maintaining client-related data while collaborating with directors, program coordinators, and agency management. This full-time position (40 hours per week) is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and will be based in Faribault.

Job offers are contingent on a reference check and a criminal background check.

Qualifications:
Bilingual skills (spoken and written Somali/English) required At least two years of work experience in a customer service role, successfully working in direct contact with the public. Associate Degree or equivalent technical training in business, administrative support careers, human services or similar program. In lieu of degree, an additional year of experience is required (total of at least three years of relevant work experience). Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Video Conferencing. Proficiency with office equipment including multi-line phone. Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Ability to manage projects and tasks with multiple interruptions.Ability to travel to other offices as needed.
