We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Advisory Marketing Coordinator to join the team in our Parsippany office in a remote capacity.


CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.




Responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Work with marketing directors/managers and Global Consulting Solutions (GCS) teams to support marketing activities.

  • Support marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, webcasting and media relations.

  • Support consistent marketing messaging across mediums, including website, collateral, and proposal content.

  • Pursue and coordinate event, sponsorship, speaking and networking activities to create sales and marketing opportunity.

  • Use CRM and other technology tools to execute and analyze the results of marketing programs.

  • Assist the marketing manager with program and activity results reporting.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to coordinate the client experience and support ad-hoc growth initiatives.

  • Support marketing budget management.


YOUR EXPERIENCE.




The successful candidate will have:



  • Four-year college degree

  • A minimum of one to two years of related experience in marketing, internal communications, or public relations

  • Ability to grasp technical and non-technical industry-related content.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communications.

  • Possesses an upbeat personality, positive attitude, and proven ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Computer proficient, including knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

In New York, the salary range for a Administrative Assistant is $45,000 to $71,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
