Our client in High Point, NC is seeking a Quality Conrol Coordinator for their team. This role would be responsible for implementing quality control tactis for all operations.
Daily Duties Include:
Help implement all quality control programs
Oversee all reports that are submited along with contracts
Assist maintenance department with quality controls for all rental properties
Make sure that all properties are up to local/state/federal building codes and regulations
Qualifications:
3+ years of Quality Control experience
Knowledge of local/state/federal building codes
Experience leading a team
