  • Swiftly address on-site and office issues, from equipment shortages to team conflicts, using problem-solving skills to keep projects moving forward.
  • Meet weekly with Denver Water representatives to review progress, look-ahead schedules, work front tickets, and production numbers, using 10-day look-ahead schedules from Senior Project Managers for municipal projects.
  • Prepare reports on production numbers and pull the look-ahead schedule for weekly meetings, with no additional formal reports required.

Your Team for Collaboration & Support
  • Reporting Structure: You'll report to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Team Interaction: You'll work closely with the Field Superintendent, dispatcher, Project Coordinators, and field personnel, ensuring alignment and smooth operation across all project stages.
  • Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with other office staff to coordinate on project needs and contribute to the overall project strategy and execution.

Expectations & Outcomes of Your Work
  • You keep projects on track, sticking to schedules, minimizing challenges, and keeping client satisfaction high.
  • You manage overtime effectively, which helps control costs and keeps the team's workload balanced and efficient.
  • You control costs across labor, materials, and subcontractors, protecting profit margins and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • You keep customers happy by meeting quotas, delivering quality work, and maintaining a positive attitude, which strengthens client relationships.
  • You maintain accurate data for billing and progress tracking, so operations run smoothly and reports are reliable and clear.
  • You understand safety standards and effectively integrate them into project plans, ensuring a seamless collaboration between safety protocols and project management for successful outcomes.

This Role is FOR You If:
