A Day in the Life of an ERP Analyst
As an ERP Analyst, you will support and enhance the EPICOR ERP system, working closely with business partners to implement solutions that drive efficiency and data quality. Your role is essential for ensuring operational success across the organization's facilities globally.
Responsibilities include:
Support ERP operations, user training, and software upgrades
Develop reporting solutions through data integration and technical documentation
Collaborate on projects to improve ERP processes
Maintain technical expertise through professional development
Manage Help Desk tickets for user support
Requirements and Qualifications:
4-7+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably EPICOR DMT, in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of the Quote to Cash process, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and dashboard development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Can work on-site in Monterey, CA
