Santa Rosa Post Acute is excited to announce openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing therapy team! Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient outcomes
- Help patients reach their recovery goals and improve daily living skills
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
