Recognized general contractor firm located in Miami, with over 30 years of history, projects in all of South Florida. Specialized in Luxury Residential, Ground Up / Renovations, and Commercial Construction.



Responsibilities



Supports, overview and coordination of multiple projects.


Managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.


Supports in Preconstruction / Estimation


Maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.


Document Controlling


Process Improvement


Scheduling



Qualifications



B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.


3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Residential, Custom Homes, Commercial, Interiors, High-end Retail, Condo Renovation, ground up / renovations.


To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with, South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.


Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.


Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.



What you'll get in return



In return, you will receive a package of up to $80,000-105,000 plus benefits, allowances, bonus and other perks.
