Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team to exceed industrial sales targets across the Southern Region.
  • Provide coaching and performance management, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented team.
  • Cultivate relationships with Director- and Executive-level stakeholders at key accounts.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI tracking through Salesforce and other tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs, reporting to the CRO on market trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of industrial sales leadership with a proven track record in solution and consultative sales.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Salesforce, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building and leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally (~50%) with occasional overnight trips.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and insurability per company guidelines.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for sample and literature transport.
