Job Description:

SBM Technician


Night Shift Hours 8:00pm-8:00am


Day Shift Training Hours 8:00am-8:00pm


(3 days per week, 36-hour work week)


(employee will train on days and eventually move to nights)


Job Duties: (include but not limited to)

• Prepare and Install Injection Blow Tooling in Injection Blow and Stretch Blow Molding Machines


• Understand Machine Controls for Jomar, Uniloy, USB and Aoki Machines


• Responsible for Start Up and In Process Quality Inspections


• Minor Repairs, Plumbing, Electrical Wiring and Troubleshooting Problems on Tooling and Machines


• Material Changeovers & Material Requisitions and Returns


• Complete Shift Log and Blocked Cavitation Reports

Desired Skills:

• Ability to Work with Basic Pneumatic and Hand Tools


• Mechanical Background


• Basic Computer Skills


• Problem Solving Skills


• Attention to Detail


• Operate Forklift and Platform Lift


•
