RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Training Lead-ERP/SAP Implementation in Chicago, IL.

Summary:
The Training Lead leads all training activities for the ERP Transformation Program, including training content development, training logistics management, evaluation/assessment, training communications, and problem resolution/ownership.

Key Tasks:

• Training design, development, logistics, execution


• Analyze training needs for impacted stakeholder groups


• Develop project timelines and manage to them


• Create training materials and improve existing materials


• Partner with Learning & Development to utilize Pathways to provide support to all training and to evaluate progress of learners


• Conduct evaluations and analyze metrics for programs; Provide reports on project metrics


• Provide regular project updates to business leaders and Learning & Development


• Ensure projects stay within timelines, budgets, and scope


• Develops training delivery schedule in partnership with business leadership/key stakeholders


• Schedules trainers and producers to support end user training schedule


• Facilitate courses as needed


• Create and send training invites


• Track and report on attendance, training completion, proficiency measures


• Drive resolution of all issues and questions related to training


• Serves as the primary training point of contact for stakeholders

Task and Deliverables

• Execute tasks as assigned by Change Management Leader.


• Ownership of and responsibility for the following deliverables: Training plan; Training materials; Training logistics; Training facilitation; Project status reporting


• Steering committee (executive) presentation material as needed


• Any additional deliverables to be defined as part of PMO framework

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing complex projects or multiple projects concurrently; Complex projects could be defined by the following factors: Size and duration of project; Multiple stakeholders; Multiple people risk/change risk factors


• Excellent organization and attention to detail


• Advanced written and oral communication skills with proven ability to deliver clear messages, set expectations, and build relationships with all groups, even when delivering a tough message


• Create and maintain a positive work environment by motivating and managing people


• Serves as the primary training point of contact for stakeholders


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - spreadsheets, word processing, presentation development


• Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams to accomplish project objectives and achieve adoption and usage


• Experience using Enable Now (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
