The Sr Stone Sales Project Specialist is a high-performing contributor who serves as a Stone Sales Project Operations subject matter expert and works to facilitate and support the Sales Operations function through advanced support, coordination, and process optimization. This role will help develop sales programs, planning, reporting, and guidance to ensure the Sales team operates efficiently and effectively.



Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Partner with the Stone Sales team's internal departments and external service providers to resolve issues.
  • Assist in the development and management of sales, inventory, and other various operational programs.
  • Provide advanced sales reporting metrics and dashboards.
  • Make recommendations based on external and internal data related to sales, marketing, and merchandising activities. Provide input to Sales leadership about trends and changes and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary. Assist Stone Sales team in ensuring any customer compliance programs are monitored and objectives are met to minimize financial impacts.
  • Identify and help implement opportunities for process improvement within the Sales Operations function and recommend implementation enhancements to streamline sales support processes.
  • May work directly with external customers and internal functions to provide relevant and accurate sales data and forecasts.
  • May assist with the creation of sales proposals and presentations by collaborating with the Sales teams.
  • Perform other duties as needed.



Required Experience and Education:




  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • A high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
