A well-established non-profit organization is in search of a Benefits Specialist to join their close knit team! Responsibilities:

- Administration of employee benefit programs and health and wellness programming
- Assist employees in benefits selection, enrollment, and communication
- Process employee leave of absences and FMLA
- Provide orientation information and materials to new employees



Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience working in benefits is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
