Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair faults, failures, and deficiencies in Stryker vehicles.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on the family of "Stryker" vehicles.
Troubleshoot and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, cooling, fuel, exhaust, driveline, and suspension, using built-in test equipment (BITE), manual troubleshooting procedures (MTPs), and applicable technical documentation.
Perform repairs by disassembling, replacing, reassembling, and testing components using technical manuals.
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in hydraulic systems common to all Stryker variants.
Complete maintenance forms and documentation related to duties.
Interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures, flow diagrams, and technical schematics.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain accountability for special tools, test equipment, and property.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of related work experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
U.S. person (citizenship or permanent resident status).
Proven communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of turret systems and Line Replacement Units (LRUs) preferred.
Familiarity with technical schematics, IETM, and cross-referencing vehicle configurations.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and mentor others.
Collaborative mindset to foster teamwork and cooperation.
Knowledge of GDLS products, military terminology, and processes preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Documented trade school or certified technical training preferred.
Must meet ASR requirements and maintain access to military facilities.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (CONUS) and abroad (OCONUS).
