Job Description:

We are seeking a Member Relationship Specialist for the New Orleans Financial Health Center.


The Member Relationship Specialist uses good, individual judgment, analysis, and decision-making in assessing & overcoming obstacles to produce outputs. Accumulates data from which to draw conclusions, listens to evaluate and determine needs. It involves dealing one-by-one with concrete situations as they arise and diagnosing a problem from a multi-factor model. Offering an optimal solution taking into consideration multiple variables to enable additional opportunities to be realized while also considering immediate cause and effect impacts and associated impacts of up to 6 to 9 months in length.

  • 3 years of face-to-face interaction experience


Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Baccalaureate degree desired

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm (hours vary depending on location), Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm and occasional community events before or after posted hours


    Salary Range:  $63,167 to $67,439.00  Annually


    Flexibility:  In office, on site; not remote or hybrid


    Level of Work: 2B

    Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment with Credit Human.
