Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant at Roth Staffing Companies in Pacoima, California

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a manufacturing company in Pacoima. This position is paying $20-21/hr. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions including prep the employee files, and providing support within the heavy administrative workload of the HR department.


Responsibilities


-This role manages submitting and tracking Compliance Training for all new hires and temps, which includes uploading
-Compliance material into ADP for all employees, approximately 10-15 new hires per week and 1600 during Compliance season
-Copying of employment applications, new hire orientation packages, leave packets, etc
-Prepare all bags and materials for new hire orientation
-Back up for ordering supplies for department
-Responsible for all filing for department
-Open daily mail, distribute; route appropriately throughout the day
-Audit files and manage storage lists
-Assist with special projects


Qualifications


-Must be Bilingual Spanish


-Must have atleast 1 years of HR experience


-Experience with ATS systems is preferred
