In this role, you will drive In-Market Execution (IME):

Our Kimberly-Clark team is taking actions to ensure a perfect retail store execution. This includes managing the shelf planogram, displays, addressing store priorities and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs. Experience working with retail in-store execution brokers, like Crossmark or Acosta is preferred.

In-Store Retail Execution



  • Real-Time Store Inventory: Track stock levels, forecast replenishment needs, and resolve out-of-stock issues. Utilize store insights, benchmarks, and performance dashboards for comprehensive monitoring.


  • DPSM: Implement strategies for Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, Merchandising.


  • Shelf and Planogram Compliance: Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and promotions, optimizing shelf space, and maintaining brand visibility. Execute the “Perfect Store” strategy by addressing inventory and phantom inventory issues in-store and on-shelf. 


  • Digital Platforms: Understanding of the digital platforms, integrations, and the data sources.  SAP ERP and POS data experience preferred.


  • Other Key Technologies

    • Analytical Skills: Ability to use and develop with Tableau/PowerBI.

    • Broker Management: Understanding how to manage broker execution, evaluate and monitor performance, partnership and drive continuous improvement with on shelf availability.




  • Innovation

    • Shelf Analytics: Utilize image recognition technology for shelf analytics to conduct store health checks & audits, ensure planogram compliance, and integrate with technologies like Trax or Microsoft Azure API.

    • Execute A-B testing to evaluate the performance of various in-store conditions and scenarios.

    • Engage in test and learn activities with data science, developing use cases and applying machine learning techniques using technologies like Python and R.

    • Innovate and strategize on the store of the future, focusing on efficient automation, adaptation, and competition, including advancements like smart shelves and store robots.

  • 15+ years demonstrable strategic impact and technology delivery in CPG retail execution technology and operations within an innovative and highly agile customer environment.​

  • Solid experience working in CPG and B2C industries.​

  • Proven experience defining a cohesive retail execution product ecosystem, technology strategy with emphasis in business transformation, customer experience, value creation, and digital transformation.​

  • Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leaders and diverse teams including the business stakeholders and internal IT/DTS organization.​

  • Hands-on experience driving definition and enablement of business capability and technology strategies and roadmaps.​

  • 7+ years demonstrable hands-on experience in designing and developing cloud scalable, resilient, secure solutions.​

  • Proven ability to lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.​

  • 5+ year demonstrable experience in Agile and Product team workflows, including epics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management.​

  • Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.​
