Parts Clerk at Ground Force in Post Falls, Idaho

Job Description:

Ground Force Worldwide has an opening for a Parts Clerk.  Qualified candidates will be driven, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter. Experience in a warehouse department is preferred. Starting Wage $21-$25/hour depending on experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Run daily inbound freight/LTL reports.


2. Assist shipper if needed.


3. Pull internal orders from BOMs and provided paperwork.


4. Data entry, processing, and reporting in Epicor.


5. Maintain a productive and respectful two-way dialogue with other departments.


6. Stocking shelves, inventory counts, receiving inventory correctly.


7. Offload/Load LTL trucks.


8. Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements 

• Exemplary customer care skills


• Forklift skills, certifications a plus


• Experience with UPS WorldShip a plus (to assist shipper as needed).


• Experience in freight receipts and shipments encouraged.


• Highly organized


• Safety conscious


• Proficient with computers (email, Office 365 products)


• Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs required.
