Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented process engineer to join our COO Process Engineering team. As a Process Engineer you will analyze and optimize Financial Services COO Operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process optimization, process analysis, process documentation, and control & process automation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our organization
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives
Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
In this role the ideal candidate will be process improvement oriented, with a bias towards delivering recommendations to drive business objectives forward with creative solutions
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Microsoft Office
Data visualization experience (Tableau and / or Power BI)
Data analytic experience (SQL and / or Python)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience with iGrafx
Experience working with automation/ machine learning
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
