Position Overview



The Manager, Strategy - Data Systems and Analytics will oversee the management and strategic use of Microsoft-based business intelligence systems and reporting. The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders from a variety of teams, including Development, Origination, M&A and Strategy. A successful candidate will be capable of both detail orientation and bigger picture thinking, be highly collaborate and have experience with enterprise data systems and/or business intelligence reporting tools.



Responsibility:

• Work with stakeholders from various departments to deliver updates and newly design features of the CRM/PowerApps systems
  
  


• Work with stakeholders from various departments to delivery key BI reporting based on information in the CRM/PowerApps and other enterprise data systems
  
  


• Serve as the subject matter expert on the CRM/PowerApps system dataset and data model
  
  


• Support integrations and work collaboratively with teams managing other enterprise systems
  
  


• Support development and maintenance of system and governance documentation
  
  


• Adhere to all system governance policies
  
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college program
  
  


• 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PowerApps platform, Microsoft PowerBI or similar enterprise data systems or BI tools
  
  


• 5+ years total relevant experience
  
  


• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
