We are looking for an Office Assistant with the opportunity to grow within the team.
Objective: To provide efficient clerical, accounting and word processing support. To represent MJ Hydro in a professional manner by fielding & directing phone calls, assisting customers, vendors, and visitors.
Responsibilities will include:
Creating vendor Purchase Orders & following up on them
Vendor invoice entry
Vendor and credit card reconciliations
Filing
Shipping & Logistics
Inventory management
Applicant should:
Have Excel knowledge
Be detail oriented
Be eager to learn
Have good organizational skills
Be able to learn a new software system in a timely fashion
Compensation $20-$23 per hour dependent upon experience & skill set.
Monday - Friday 8 am -4:30 pm
