This role provides an opportunity to do a few other accounting tasks along with the accounts payable tasks. Pay starting at $19.00 per hour or more depending on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities All tasks associated with accounts payable. File sales tax returns. Reconcile bank statements. Help answer the phone. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates should possess: Accounts Payable experience. The ability to navigate efficiently in Microsoft programs such as Windows File Explorer, Word and Outlook. Proficiency in Excel. A positive upbeat attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with both employees and vendors. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task. Ability to use scanner and copier efficiently. Willingness to help others.
