Compensation: $55k-$65k + commission
Schedule: In Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Travel locally.

How Youll Do It
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.
Direct branch sales objectivesbyutilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models/proposals, and develop customer service modelsDevelop and/or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teamsProvide ongoing training and development, coaching, one on one, and team-building for staffFollow up clients on regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clientsCommand of the budget process and execution of the branch budgetPerform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustmentsEnforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Workers Comp., Unemployment)Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessaryAll other duties as assigned

What Youll Bring
This is an experienced hire role, and youll need to bring 2 years of management experience in a retail or staffing environment.
Associate degree or equivalent experienceStrong affinity for business development and B2B selling, including service and marketing callsTroubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidatesExperience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staffStrong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this roleMust have reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties
