Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)


Pay Rate: $32/hour (W2)

Job Summary



Join our Identity and Access Management team as an Epic Provisioning Analyst. You will be responsible for creating Epic accounts and user provisioning in line with Epic Security policies. This role requires a deep understanding of access processes and procedures to support Epic systems that benefit patient care and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user access, provisioning, de-provisioning, and troubleshooting in accordance with Identity Access and Management controls.


• Serve as a customer liaison, understanding and communicating access/security needs and timelines.


• Handle Epic provisioning and security-related tasks.


• Perform security initiatives while adhering to Epic security policies and procedures.


• Stay informed about changes in policies and procedures.


• Research, analyze, and provide solutions to routine access issues with guidance from a supervisor.


• Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management team to ensure compliance with security guidelines.


• Ensure completion of Epic training and obtain required approvals before granting user access.


• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and security.


• Maintain working knowledge of Data Courier.


• Provide 24/7 on-call support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct Epic work experience preferred.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or two years of related work experience required.


• Epic Security Coordinator Certification preferred.
