Job Title: Java Developer w/ OpenText
Job Description:
As a Software Engineering Consultant, you will:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Develop and support document management applications built on Java technologies and the OpenText Documentum platform.
- Perform system analysis, design, development, and testing phases of the development lifecycle.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on project and onboarding engagements.
- 6+ years of experience in J2EE / Java Microservices software development.
- 4+ years of experience with the OpenText Documentum platform.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
