Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist--ON SITE 5 days a week in Providence RI....must live in commutable distance

On behalf of the Judge Group our client is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the configuration, installation and support of the hardware and software infrastructure, teleconferencing, mobile devices and peripherals.
The successful candidate should have strong experience in configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components along with strong understanding of Windows 10/11.
In addition, proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Office 365 applications is a must have for this role.



Job Qualifications:


8+ years of Professional IT experience


Must have strong Desktop Support Skills



Must have expertise in Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Applications



Detail Oriented and Strong Customer Service skills
