Job Description:

Baer is looking for a Salesforce Architect for a 9+ month project located in Cleveland, OH.


Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Hybrid - Cleveland, OH
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Architect and design solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot Marketing, and Field Services Cloud in alignment with SAP S4 systems.


• Lead and facilitate requirement workshops to gather business needs, document requirements, and provide expert recommendations on Salesforce architecture and integrations.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and SAP S4.


• Set the project budget, timeline, and deliverables for Salesforce implementation and integration phases.


• Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Salesforce implementation in a complex, integrated environment.


• Ensure the architecture supports business goals, scalability, and optimal user experience.


• Occasional on-site presence required for critical milestones, including the first week of the project and major deliverables.


• Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, offering solutions for Sales Cloud, Pardot Marketing, and Field Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with business processes.


• Develop and present architectural solutions, system designs, and project plans to stakeholders.


• Maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of goals and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience architecting solutions for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot Marketing, and Field Services Cloud, ideally within an SAP S4 environment.


• Strong experience conducting requirement workshops and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.


• Experience with Salesforce-SAP S4 integration or similar complex enterprise environments.


• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Pardot Consultant, or Field Service Lightning Consultant.


• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
