Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water supply systems
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)
- May Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
- Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
- Produce neat, clean, and complete work, adhering to strict standards of excellence, including meeting or exceeding plumbing and/or mechanical inspector's requirements
- Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the company
- Repairs and installs plumbing pipes, traps, washbowls, fittings, drains, sprinklers, backflow preventers, commodes, bathtubs, tank style and tankless style water heaters, disposals, water softeners and faucets
- Routinely turn in all paperwork and payments accurately and on time
- Maintain company vehicle in accordance with the Fleet Management Policy
- Participate in continuing education to best be able to serve our customers
- Provide friendly, accurate information to our clients
- Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
- Maintain personal appearance in accordance with policy, including wearing shoe covers in client's home
- Work well within a team, sharing skills and knowledge with others
- Be helpful, proactive, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Present invoices and collect payments as required by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by installing residential plumbing equipment, and offering friendly, accurate information to clients
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have at minimum two years of water heater service and repair experience.
- Tankless water heater experience highly preferred
- Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Bilingual is a plus!
