Your Opportunity as a Process Automation Center of Excellence Intern



As an intern with our Process Automation Center of Excellence (PACE) you will gain hands-on experience in transforming business operations through cutting-edge automation technologies. As part of the automation team, you'll collaborate with experienced developers, work on real-world automation projects, and grow skills in robotic process automation (RPA), system administration, and job scheduling/orchestration. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices



Work Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid, minimum of 30% in office expectation



In this role you will:

• Support our robotic process automation (RPA) software, including job scheduling, automation testing and troubleshooting, and new automation development.


• Assist in identifying automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and workflows.


• Support the design and development of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.


• Assist with system upgrade install, setup, and testing.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.


• Monitor and report the performance of implemented automation solutions, suggesting improvements where necessary.

What we are looking for:

• A Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant field


• A well-rounded skill set including strong time-management, attention to detail, written and oral communication, and teamwork skills


• Experience and/or interest in automation technologies and business process analysis
