Identify all systems that need to be configured, do the necessary updates, and test the changes for release into production for any type of business challenge (technical functions performed to configure all InComm platforms to support the launch of various products, merchants, processors, successful transaction processing, billing, and reporting)
Implement efficient tools and ways to execute configurations and test them with improved quality
Provide Level 3 Support to troubleshoot production problems and implement necessary configuration fixes
Provide technical consulting to resolve configuration challenges of partners, processors, and merchants during project implementations
Become a subject matter expert to business analysis and guide development teams on how to design and implement new solutions that can be easily configured
Continuously redesign the Configuration Solutions processes and flows to keep up with the changing product mix and platform upgrades
Provide leadership and training to data analysts and testers to do their day-to-day work
Execute production system changes following established Quality Assurance and Change Control procedures
Gain a solid understanding of InComm applications, development practices and product configurations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS or relevant field experience
1 - 3 years of experience
Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, general SQL, Complex Stored Procedures (review and discuss technical details of InComm platforms)
Java (Core and Enterprise edition) and Object-Oriented programming (be able to review and discuss technical details of InComm platforms
MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to independently troubleshoot issues through log reviews, execution of SQL queries, system configuration reviews, etc.
Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and with initiative to meet tight deadlines
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multitask across many assignments and delegate
Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Can-do attitude; energetic, passionate, and driven
High level of creativity, adaptability, and persistence to find the best solution
The Systems Analyst should have the following experience:
Demonstrated competency in relational database structures, and reporting/query technologies, particularly SQL and Oracle PL*SQL
Demonstrated expertise/understanding of programming languages such as .Net, Visual Basic, Java and J2EE General IT Support and/or helpdesk experience
Familiarity with standard SQL commands and syntax
