What You Will Achieve
You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. As part of the HR operations team, you will be designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration. You will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists and documentation. You will analyze and validates data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation. You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision making, statistical data and other colleague-related reports as required.
As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative team environment for your colleagues.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,100.00 to $96,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
