Overview

  • Serve as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) ambassador, ensuring alignment and integration of ERG strategic plans and programming and all efforts are aligned with the company's overall equality strategy.

  • Responsible for the application, election, and training of ERG leads, tracking and delivery of key projects that contribute to the programs’ success.

  • Developing cross-functional processes/trackers/tools for events, communications, and key moments, and communicating regularly with partner teams.

  • Enabling and ensuring great collaboration between ERGs across the organization and amplifying their effectiveness to lead to better outcomes.

  • Set standards for collaboration and optimizing information flows for the program (what is our goal, why is it important, and when, where, how we meet, communicate, and decide).

  • Make clear process documents and regularly iterate on processes to ensure you are a “one-stop-shop” for streamlining the connections between ERG leads and teams, particularly for events, communications, and key moments.

  • Meet regularly with ERG leads and ERG members to communicate key priorities, align on progress, and build relationships.

  • Be an empathetic listener to concerns raised within communities, protect safe spaces, and provide key insights to the business.

  • Drive transparent and effective communication to business partners regarding program progress, flags and decisions.

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ERGs, executive sponsors, and other key stakeholders to become their Trusted Advisor.

  • Collaborate, consult, and partner with ERG leaders, Talent & Development, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Partner to tightly align initiatives to Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, retain and engage talent.

  • Manage and enhance ERG membership database, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics as needed to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Act as a project manager to develop and implement strategic events, a budget approval process and manage external sponsorships programs.

  • Coordinate activities, such as events, conferences, meetings, and philanthropy drives. Coordinate the execution of annual cultural heritage/milestone events (i.e., Black History Month, Women's History Month, LGBTQIA Pride Month, Diwali, etc)

  • Partner to manage community events and the budget approval process.

  • Other duties as assigned



Responsibilities

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years diversity and inclusion consulting experience with demonstrated business results working with employee networks.

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):

  • Deep expertise with corporate giving, volunteer programs and empowering volunteers.
  • Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with interested parties and champions.
  • Experience designing data-driven programs and managing dynamic budgets.
  • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, writing, collaborating, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking, re-prioritizing projects and communicating priority updates to interested parties.
  • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, and other differences that make us unique.

  • Experience in DEI, strategy, HR, ERG program management
  • Experience managing people, policy, and/or DEI strategy
