Must adhere to all safe work practices and rules
Assemble, setup and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging
Operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment not limited to a specific manufacturing area
Performs autonomous maintenance
Operate specific equipment within a designated area as directed by work instructions
Meet daily production goals and requirements
Responsible for product quality and makes adjustments to equipment as necessary
Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met
Proper completion of required paperwork
Follow GMP(s) and QCP(s) at all times
Immediately report safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
Train and instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment
Coordinate with multiple departments to meet production demands
Interface with basic manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control
