We are currently hiring for a TOOL ROOM COORDINATOR.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, but flexible for the right candidate.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential concerns
Order tools/supplies by calling or placing the order online to the appropriate vendor
Arrange for transportation and/or storage of purchased products
Enter po's for shop, office, janitorial, maintenance supplies, and po's for maintenance work performed
Maintain records of business transactions and product inventories by entering them into our internal software system (Prelude)
Update quotes on packing material when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Handle rush orders as the need arises and have flexibility to change routines
Effectively share information in one-on-one and small group situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills Have good computer skills, especially with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL
Begin and complete a project with moderate supervision
Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Overtime may be required based on customer demand
Ability to clear all pre-employment testing including drug screen, health screen, and background check
