RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing health care company seeks a Senior Accountant to join their team in the Boston area. The client offers excellent benefits and a 401k plan. This position is 100% on-site. As the Senior Accountant, you will manage the financial health and operations of the practice.

Key Tasks:

• Team leadership - foster a collaborative environment with the accounting department, supervise junior accounting team


• Financial Reporting - month end - year end closing


• Budgeting and Forecasting


• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management


• Payroll Management


• Tax Compliance


• Financial Analysis


• Audit and Internal controls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting or related degree


• 3-5 years of experience


• Stay informed about healthcare laws and accounting regulations affecting the dental industry


• Problem-solving


• Time management


• Communication skills - strong verbal and written communication skills to present to leadership

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
