Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus commission plan)
Position Overview: Client Success Manager (Sales & Relationship-Focused)

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Client Success Manager who can work an existing book of business while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive growth. This hybrid role balances consultative account management with a sales mindset, ensuring clients get the most value from Google Workspace while identifying future upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable nurturing long-term relationships as they are at spotting opportunities for revenue expansion. Success in this role requires the ability to serve as a trusted advisor, providing hands-on support to clients, while strategically harvesting accounts for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Growth: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring retention and high satisfaction.
  • Identify Opportunities: Actively hunt for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue.
  • Trusted POC: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and providing consultative guidance.
  • Solution Design & Support: Partner with clients to design and implement Google Workspace solutions that align with their goals.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate client feedback to help enhance our products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven Account Management Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing role with success in managing relationships and driving growth.
  • Sales Mindset: Demonstrated ability to spot revenue opportunities and capitalize on them through consultative selling.
  • Google Workspace Expertise: Google Workspace Admin Engineer Certification required, with experience implementing and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Problem-Solver: Comfortable working independently to solve client challenges and create long-term value.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $81,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
