Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Corporate HR Department, in Oxford, CT. The APRN will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education, to a diverse patient population.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Provide patient education and counseling to promote wellness and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and healthcare policies.

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN licensure and certification as an APRN in CT.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make independent clinical decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
