Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources/Payroll Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for HR and payroll management, are Bilingual, and with Workday experience preferred, this could be the perfect role for you!

• Support staff and management with HR-related inquiries and resolve any payroll discrepancies.


• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.


• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

• Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll management.


• Experience with Workday payroll systems or similar platforms is highly preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
