Training CoordinatorDescription/Job Summary

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration of noncredit courses to include preparing master schedules and registering students

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Prepare adjunct faculty contracts and monitor and submit payroll.

  • Prepare instructional materials for classes to include books and any other resources the adjunct or student may need.

  • Collect class documents and maintain course/student files.

  • Ensure grades are being submitted by the adjunct faculty.

  • Prepare certificates for students who complete courses.

  • Deliver materials, start classes, finalize classes and attend meetings at off-campus locations as needed.

  • Analyze evaluations and make recommendations concerning future programming

  • Make recommendations to management for program improvement or enhancement

  • Serve as the front line contact for adjunct faculty, students and clients.

  • Other duties as assign.

Required Qualifications

  • AA Degree in related field.

  • Five years' experience working in healthcare or higher education

  • Must have good personal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

  • Seven years' experience working in healthcare or higher education
