RSi is looking to fill a full time Contracts/Sr. Business Operations Administrator position to support our Corporate Office. Responsibilities include:

• Track and administer contract/subcontract modifications
• Monitor and manage contract/subcontract allocations (funding levels & workshare percentages)
• Reconciliations of financial deliverables
• Negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and other agreement documents
• Review contract/subcontract terms, conditions, pricing, etc. and assist in negotiations
• Prepare and submit contract/subcontract deliverables
• Represent contracts/subcontracts in interactions with senior leadership and program management personnel on a variety of matters
• Complete closeouts of contracts/subcontracts and task orders
• Assist in the reviews of bids and proposals to ensure they meet company policy and customer solicitation requirements
• Process and track subcontractor invoices and payments
• Payroll support to include the review of timecards for compliance, import/export of data between timekeeping and payroll systems, calculation of Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) H&W benefits, and adherence to payroll laws
• Assist with the administration of the electronic timekeeping system, including setup of employees and valid programs for each employee's charges
• AP support

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) with 10 years' experience

Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/IT Skills/Certifications:

Microsoft Office with a strong Excel background

Work Environment: Office setting
