Title Services Assistant


Duration - Until 12/31/2024, potential for extension


Location -Seattle, WA 98101


Pay - $25 - $28 an hr


Job Description:


• Provides Nationwide title services.


• Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team


Skills/Experience:


• High School Diploma


• Ability to review title commitments, entity documents, date down commitments, provide updated commitments / supplemental reports and record documents.


• 2-3 years in the title business, preferably on the commercial side.


• Familiarity with AIM+ (a Stewart title program) / Data Trace & Data Tree.
