Ultimate Staffing is currently working with a client in the Salem, NH area.



Onsite


Temporary position to start, with the potential to become permanent based on business needs


Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (1 hour lunch)


$20.00-$21.00 per hour




Job Duties:
* Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, as well as taking messages for employees.
* Manages receptionist coverage, ensures lobby coverage at all times including breaks, lunches, vacations and PTO.
* Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors.
* Coordinates the scheduling of conference rooms for customer meetings.
* Supports HR with general administrative tasks including scheduling of interviews.
* Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system.
* Provides administrative support to all functions when necessary.
* Provide admin support to site president.

Skills and Experiences:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of professionalism and courtesy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
