Truck Loader - C Shift at Menasha Packaging in Hartford, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

1. Keep unitizer and shipping lines clear of production output

2. Operate dock locks and plates

3. Load trailers with the correct counts of units

4. Unload trailers with customer products, labels, dies, plates, etc.

5. Remove loaded trailers from dock

6. Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work

process improvements- quality is the responsibility of all employees

7. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

1. Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner

2. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business

3. Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed

4. Ability to effectively work in teams

5. Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people

6. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles

7. Ability to read a tape measure/ruler

8. Good mathematical skills

9. Knowledge of WIP procedure

10. Ability to operate a forklift

Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate:

Training $ 27.07

Qualified $ 29.10

Work Hours

3-2-2-3 Schedule (M, T, F, S, S, W, T, repeat)

6pm to 6am
