Meet the team:



Partner Operations is dedicated to defining and executing the essential business operations needed to successfully select, onboard, launch, sustain, and measure global strategic commercial partnerships. Our team collaborates with over 20 different functions to implement Dexcom's comprehensive partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with our product and portfolio roadmap.


Each member of the Partner Operations team is a creative problem solver, independent thinker, and has a demonstrated track record in managing partner programs with strong organizational, communication, leadership and influencing skills. We value accountability, collaboration, transparency, and proactive thinking.



Where you come in:



You will program/project manage and lead global core teams to take a commercial partner through all 5 stages of B2B partnership lifecycle, leveraging the Global Partner Commercialization Playbook. This includes:


  • Managing and facilitating the partner intake and governance process across the Dexcom partnership ecosystem

  • Driving all elements of a partner commercial launch, including planning and coordinating launch activities, timelines, and support models with downstream internal customers and partner counterparts

  • Monitoring and reporting on all facets of post commercial launch/"sustainment" activities with partners and associated internal teams to ensure partnership success against key performance metrics

  • Regular interactions with external and internal stakeholders on partner post-launch progress



You will also be responsible for building and enhancing Dexcom's partnership operational capabilities to streamline time-to-launch, provide reliability in execution, build and manage partner KPI tracking, and enable scale of commercial partnerships contributions to Dexcom's revenue and cost to execute targets. You will continuously enhance the Global Partner Commercialization Playbook, Partner CRM, partner commercialization process, toolsets, and training in alignment with Dexcom's partnership strategy and partner ecosystem

  • Be proactive with a strategic mindset that is proficient in making informed decisions, which consider both short-term impacts and long-term outcomes

  • Be adaptable; you can adjust your approach and strategies based on changing circumstances and new information while working independently with little oversight in this fast paced, changing environment

  • Have exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a strong, open, and collaborative work style focused on customer-service

  • Be passionate about data, data-centric decision making and innovation



Preferred qualifications include


  • Experience in developing and then scaling commercial business processes

  • Knowledge and familiarity with use & enhancement of CRM tools and reporting

  • Experience in commercializing a digital therapeutic or digital health solution

  • Experience in healthcare, medical device or regulated industry, digital health/wearables

  • MBA or management consulting experience a plus

Travel Required:



  • 15-25%




Experience and Education Requirements:



  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience

  • At this level, a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
