HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

This role is responsible for assisting the team with coordinating and executing communication and client success strategies and campaigns. They will also be tasked with leading certain initiatives and cross-functional teams, within Inspira, that will help educate and engage our clients and members, improve the experience, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Serve as Project Manager within the team to organize and schedule all initiatives; ensure all necessary assets and information have been submitted by requestor


• Coordinate and communicate internally within team regarding critical upcoming deadlines, changes in schedule, etc


• Review and organize an extensive repository of all communications; develop a sustainable and easy-to access/understand system to catalog and store all assets for both historical and referential purposes


• Manage reporting and analysis for email campaigns at an enterprise and client level; run, analyze an maintain all metrics


• Assist with client success initiatives such as process and procedure enhancements, client advisory boar (CAB) growth, retention and management, member experience analysis and improvements, and delivery o f internal information for training and growth


• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Bachelors Degree in Communications or related field experience


• 3-5 years of applicable experience


• Project Management Certification Preferred


• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams


• Advanced organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines; ensure accuracy and efficiency at each step in the process


• Experience and comfort with editing and proofing the work (content, final print proofs, etc.) of both


• internal and external teams


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge), MS Teams, OneNote and Outlook


• Skilled with prioritization and multi-tasking; will be doing this for themselves and on behalf of the broader team


• Excellent collaboration and partnering skills


• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly


• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
