The Boot Fitter job is more than a job.  The Boot Fitter is part of a team that is instrumental in providing the best customer service to our guests, helping our guests choose accessories and ski apparel and gear/hardgoods.  At Gorsuch Boot Fitting is top notch with the use of our 3D Scanning technology. 

This position is located at our store Aspen Ski Cafe store located at the base of the gondola in Aspen.

General Duties of the Boot Fitter are:

Engage and connect with our customers by providing the best service.
Prepare customer footbed fabrication, boot shell and liner modifications. 
Utilize a state of the art, 3D scanner to obtain images and precise measurement of customer’s foot and lower leg to determine the optimal fit.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Maintain shop and adhere to all shop keeping procedures. 

What the Boot Fitter will need to be a great candidate:

Previous experience in ski shop and boot fitting required.
High level of Snowsports industry product knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Salary: $24 - $30 per hour depending on experience.

Shifts are 8-day hour day shifts including minimum of 1 weekend day.
Skier Schedules Split Shifts 8am to 10a.m/2pm to 7pm. or 9am to 11am/3pm to 8pm.
Holidays and Weekends included.
Flexibility needed for peak business. OT may be required.
Full Time Hours 36 to 40 hrs. per week plus OT during peak business.
PT 16 hours 14 to 27 hours 2 to 3 days per week.
