Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Concord, CA.

Job Role and Responsibility: Develop and maintain moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; Focus on building and supporting new solutions; Work in an agile and collaborative environment with Business users and other technology partners; Provide hands on programming, unit testing, and build high quality code that is manageable, reliable, and maintainable; Work with Product Owners, Application Architects, and business functional leaders to design and implement business solutions using J2EE design patterns, technology tools, and best practices; Actively practice Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) while developing new features and refactoring existing code; Contribute to DevOps, Test Automation, and automated build and deployments; and Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and refactoring discussions with multiple domain and delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverable, aligned with standards, and best practices. Individual contributor role.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Position requires 4 years of experience in the job offered or web development experience including programming and developing web applications.

Specific skills required:
  • Four (4) years of application production support experience
  • Four (4) years of wire payments or transfers experience
  • Four (4) years of MVC (Model View Controller) Framework, Java, and Java EE experience
  • Four (4) years of design pattern and source/version control tools experience
  • Four (4) years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications built on Java or .Net platforms
  • Four (4) years of WebLogic or Websphere experience
  • Four (4) years of experience with continuous integration tools Anthill or Jenkins
  • Four (4) years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
  • Four (4) years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and performance tuning
  • Three (3) years of experience with Agile tools and working with XML (Extensible Markup Language)
  • Three (3) years of experience with Ant or Maven
  • Three (3) years of experience with the installation, configuration, implementation, or administration of Apache webservers
  • One (1) year of experience with Splunk; JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development; component and application deployment job creation using UrbanCode Deploy; and experience supporting and monitoring a software/hardware test lab or production environment
Salary: $131,739 - $179,200
